Premier Pediatric Therapy Source (PPTS) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric therapy team. Due to strong community demand and a substantial Occupational Therapy waitlist, clinicians have the opportunity to quickly build a meaningful caseload while receiving strong mentorship and support.

About the Position:
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, self-care, and functional challenges. You will collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team of Speech-Language Pathologists and Physical Therapists to help children reach their fullest potential.
Schedule and Caseload:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
- Clinic-based pediatric setting.
- Children ages birth through 18 years.
- Full-time caseload averages approximately 28–32 clients per week.
- One-hour appointment blocks with 53-minute treatment sessions.
- Built-in documentation and planning time throughout the workday.
- Administrative support for scheduling, authorizations, and billing.
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions.
- Educate and coach parents and caregivers.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and community providers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
