Premier Pediatric Therapy Source (PPTS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time Occupational Therapist positions and welcome applications from experienced pediatric OTs as well as newer clinicians seeking mentorship and professional growth.

This is a clinic-based pediatric Occupational Therapy position serving children from infancy through adolescence.

About the Position:
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, self-care, and functional challenges. You will collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team of Speech-Language Pathologists and Physical Therapists to help children reach their fullest potential.

Schedule and Caseload:
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
  • Clinic-based pediatric setting.
  • Children ages birth through 18 years.
  • Full-time caseload averages approximately 28–32 clients per week.
  • One-hour appointment blocks with 53-minute treatment sessions.
  • Built-in documentation and planning time throughout the workday. 
  • Administrative support for scheduling, authorizations, and billing.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions.
  • Educate and coach parents and caregivers.
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and community providers.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
  • Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
