Your Role: Clinical Manager.
As our Clinical Manager, you will do more than manage — you will mentor, inspire, and innovate.
You’ll lead a talented multidisciplinary team, refine our therapy programs, and maintain a small caseload to stay connected to the families we serve. You’ll work closely with leadership to align clinical excellence with strategic growth and foster a supportive culture where therapists thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise and support OT, PT, and SLP clinicians while developing future lead therapists.
- Drive Quality: Improve and innovate therapy programs with a focus on compliance and outcomes.
- Stay Connected: Maintain a small caseload to keep your clinical skills sharp.
- Elevate Skills: Create training programs, professional development opportunities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate: Partner with senior leadership to turn big-picture goals into day-to-day progress.
- Build Community: Support outreach and partnerships that will expand our programs and future nonprofit initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Master’s or Doctorate in OT, PT, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active (or eligible) Virginia licensure.
- 5+ years of pediatric therapy experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Deep clinical knowledge and commitment to best practices.
- A collaborative leadership style grounded in communication, compassion, and accountability.
- A passion for team growth, innovation, and building a lasting community resource.
Compensation & Benefits:
